Recently there was news of a well-known attorney who fainted while fighting the highest profiled case of the year. The opponent’s views expressed in the courtroom were too much for him to bear and thus he lost his balance in front of the public.

It sometimes gets really tough for us to maintain our cool when views expressed by others exasperate us. Thus it is really important to manage our self and not to get impulsive while facing the heat of the situation; it only makes things worse for us as well as for others. Assaulting others verbally or physically is frequent outcome of this type of scenarios. Anger, joy, sadness they all are part of emotions. People who keep it in check they tend to lead productive life. When we are not being able to restrain or maintain a calm composure then it leads to the outburst of anger.

Many of us are introverts who like keeping their problems to themselves. Hence, even if an individual is facing a problem or when anger keeps on building up, the individual might react violently in order to take his or her frustration out.
Each time we face this type of situation its better to ask your self “why am I acting like this? By taking my anger out on someone else, will it provide any fruitful solution? By taking charge of this situation, will it ease it?”

Once we are angry or feel agitated we often tend to verbally abuse others, which in turn make the opponent angrier. This in turn into physical assault and unknowingly we might end up hurting others, which might not be our motive!

This is right time when you should check yourself and keep your temper in check. If something makes you angry one should try to walk out of the situation by either keeping mum or leaving the room! Once you are calm think about the situation again and then make amendments in yourself by judging were you went wrong. An angry individual can turn their best friends into foes rather than treasuring their friendship….
