Manish Thakur guilty of killing his girl friend Koushambi Layek, when questioned by the Mumbai Police, is said to have confronted his guilt.
Police had to use Orkut, to trace down the culprit. This very incidence shows the positive and negative powers of a giant social networking site like Orkut!

i dont understand one thing..i have checked her profile theres no scrap 4m Manish Thakur and one more thing…he dont have anyone in his friend list…why is that?

When I first heard the news, I guess he had friends. May be all his friends, took themselves off his list or it might have been that orkut deleted the list, since they would not want his friends to be questioned because of his act..
