Learn How To Control Anger Before It Takes Control Of You Life

Anger/short temper is a very strong emotion, which I always wanted to get rid off (and did manage to). They are such a powerful expressions in themselves. When I say powerful, it’s not necessary that I meant in a positive way. Anger at times can be good, but not always, but short temper according to me, can be termed as short term madness.

Often you do find yourself resenting for the sudden outburst of this emotion. Every action, almost always will be the result or outcome of another action. One of the possible reasons can be that, often you might try to limit our self from expressing your emotions. When you do not express your emotions it’s not given a proper medium to flow out of our system, these feelings tend to get bottled up inside. It gets segregated over a period of time and when it reaches the stage where it becomes intolerable to withstand it anymore, you’ll see the outburst.

Have you resented for the sudden outburst of your emotions? Or have you noticed the known faces becoming a blur in your life? If you find yourself giving a silent nod to all these questions then this is the right time to take charge of your emotions and little alteration done in yourself would be the best thing to do.

When you are furious, you tend to be adamant and whatever advice is given by the well-wishers seems to fall on deaf ears. Physically or verbally assaulting the opponent is the automatic reaction your body responds to but the final decision to either accept or reject it lies within you. If you find yourself getting drawn to the heat of the situation it is advisable to walk out of the room or have a change of environment, so that it becomes easier for you to calm yourself.
Humans try to or develop the tendency to camouflage their real feelings and make a subconscious effort to run away from the situation/feeling. But what they fail to understand that this is not the ideal way to deal with this kind of situation. It makes things worse for them to bear.

Try not to be an individual who does not let out his/her angst, who ends up believing that hurting themselves is the only solution. If you do not let your emotions flow out and let the outer world know what’s running in your mind, then you’ll soon realize that rage would have taken over your mind, body and soul, and eventually causes nothing other than turbulence in your life.

If you fail to sort out things in the beginning, the emotional turmoil becomes so stronger over a period of time that it makes it tougher for you to put up with the people you have a problem with and most of the times they will be those people who would have been one of the most important people in your life at some point in time.

When you don’t express your emotions, you feel agitated quite often or you’ll be unable to concentrate on anything and this is a normal outcome. You should learn to accept the truth. Once you start accepting the truth and let the emotions flow out of your system, you will find yourself in a calmer state of mind. By neglecting your innermost thoughts, sorrows or even fury, you start becoming pessimistic day by day. Make an honest effort investing some time in identifying those reasons that causes the blockage in your emotional cycle and you should take necessary actions to overcome those reasons.
Losing your temper in this busy life is quite natural because most of the time it becomes impossible to maintain a calm composure in worst cases.

It is said that a hyper mind tends to make uncountable mistakes as compared to a calm one. So try to delve deeper into your hidden world of emotions and try letting it out through proper medium because its better make adequate changes now rather than repenting later.
