Judge kode passed what can be called as the 50 : 50 verdict today. After a lot of allegations actor Sunjay Dutt was relieved from the “Terrorist” attack, he’s been suffering for the past 13 years.
However, he has been declared under Arms Act and has another hearing on the 19th of December and if found guilty can end up jail for 5 long years. H’es alreday spent about 18 months in jail, since first arrested in April, 1993.
Sunjay Dutt has been living his life on the border since he was booked under TADA act, in 1993, after the ruthless mumbai serial blast which killed hundreds of them, leaving a shattered Mumbai.
Sunjay Dutt confessed to have contacts with some of the most wanted terrorists Abu Salem and Aneez Abrahim. He was also seen in one of Daud Ebrahim’s personal party. But, the point what I don’t get here is, why did the Mumbai police declare Sunjay Dutt under the TADA controversy from day one if they knew that he was only related with Arms Act problem.
It’s true that Sanjay Dutts’ friends circle was not good, but that doesn’t mean that you can declare him to be a terrorist. On CNN, Sanjays Lawyer did not hesitate to say that it was a “slap on the face of Mumbai Police”.
